I’m Orlando’s Documentary Photographer
I photograph weddings and senior pictures in Orlando. I love documenting these monumental occasions and covering them the way I used to when I was a photojournalist working on assignments for major editorial magazines because I think everyone’s story is noteworthy!
I have over 20 years of experience working as a newspaper photographer for The Miami Herald, The Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, and The Sarasota Herald-Tribune. I have been on assignment for US Magazine and Sports Illustrated to name a few.
As a photojournalist, I’ve photographed world leaders such as President Reagan, and Pope John Paul, plus lots of celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis and Mickey Rourke.
Wife to John
About 34 years ago, I was on a flight to visit my sister in Denver when a cute guy recognized my face from a dorm at the University of Florida. We talked the whole way there and well, basically never stopped. Fast forward to now and three kids later where we enjoy traveling or just chilling watching Netflix. We certainly aren’t the same two people on that plane, and trust me, it’s a good thing! LOL!
Mom to Nathan, Elliott & Rachel… and Ginnie
We are proud parents of these three! Nathan is a UX Designer for Doculife, Elliott recently graduated from the University of Florida and plans to teach English in Japan, and Rachel is a freshman at the College of Charleston. Ginnie spends most of her day looking cute, waiting for one of us to shower her with affection. Ah, the life of a dog!
Confession here, I love buying cookbooks probably like some woman buy shoes. I also love to entertain and try out new recipes on friends. A highlight for me was attending a cooking class in Paris in a professional chef’s apartment.
